CO alarm needed in winter heating stove

fire detector

Stove is used in winter for heating. But carbon monoxide poisoning often occurs. So, we should pay attention to some safety matters in the process of daily heating.
Firstly, improve the awareness of self-defense.
Secondly, choose qualified heating stoves. Check whether the stoves are in good condition regularly, discover the damage or corrosion of the stove and leakage problems etc. and repair or replace it in time.
Thirdly, the installation of the chimney should be fixed. Make sure that the joint along the stubble is connected firmly to prevent air leakage. Check the flue often and timely dredge it to prevent blockage.
Fourthly, correctly install the wind scoop, maintain indoor air circulation, outdoor chimneys should be equipped with three-way pipe or wind cap to prevent backflow.
Fifthly and the most important is to install the CO alarm. The carbon monoxide detector can monitor CO density and make loud sound alarm to alert people. So, people can get an alarm when the carbon monoxide density is still low and take action to save their lives.
